Wow, this is definitely worth the 15 minute detour from Amarillo! We’ve watched every good gluten free option close down one by one, and then we came across this delicious spot just south of town. Almost everything on the menu is or can be made gluten free. We had the queso, white chili stew, and several sandwiches- all fantastic. They make fresh lemonade and root beer with their own honey and it is quite good. They also have mead and cider that you can sample, do flights, or buy to take home. There is a shop as well that sells their raw honey, and many honey-based products such as lotions, soaps, and candles. Clean bathrooms too- this is a new road trip stop for us.

It was really nice to have so many GF options! One of the owners has celiac so it’s very safe! Also, the mead smoothies… TO DIE FOR.

Owners are celiac and thus there are many GF options here, including sweets! I love their GF Bees Knees Grilled Cheese with chips and a flight of meads. I go at least 2x a month and have never gotten sick!

Really good food! The menu notes that the kitchen isn’t GF, so be aware based on your sensitivity. MOST of the menu can be made GF. The door on the left is the gift shop & the right is the restaurant.

This place was amazing. They have meads and so many GF options. One of the owners has Celiacs so they take cross contamination seriously. They are a honey farm with the cutest cafe and store front. The honey is amazing especially the tea sweetened with honey. Dog friendly on the patio. Great find and a definite stop.
