We ate on our spring break road trip and had a lovely experience. My spouse is celiac and my family is gluten intolerant. We all had crepes and no reactions (except from a very full belly!) I saw the owner wiping the crepe station (which was spotless!) and feel comfortable with their precautions. Their espresso, brewed coffee, and lattes were delicious too! We had a French exchange student from Paris with us and she tried the he GF crepes. She gave the whole establishment a big seal of approval on TOP of my seal of approval for GF food!
