Unfortunately they use pacific brand oat milk for their crepe batter, making it unsafe for celiacs. I didn’t realize this and had a bad reaction (and I’m totally fine with gluten free oats and oat milk).
If you’re not celiac and just gluten sensitive, they were great about having a completely separate area to make the crepes and knew which toppings/fillings were safe, which drinks, etc., which was great. Wonder if they recently swapped milks given all the previous great reviews…
