I didn't thoroughly interview the owner due to the great reviews, but my experience left me quite confident! The orders went in marked as "Gluten allergy" and when the waiters brought it to my table, they specified gluten free as they handed it to me, which was great when I was dining with a bunch of gluten eating people. The crepes were great - I highly recommend the Avalon and the Sonora; the Bananas Foster and the Greek were both good but not as outstanding. The whole menu can be made gluten free!
