Hyle (the owner) was very aware of what was gluten free and not gluten free. He said the crepes and bread are cooked on a shared area but could make me an omelette 100% gluten free.
They do have gf bread but if you’re celiac ask for it not toasted. They were very accommodating but the gluten free menu is limited.
