All the crepes are gluten free but unfortunately they all contain dairy (server said there was dairy in the batter) for anyone sensitive

The crepes were delicious! The server said all but one crepe (s’mores) and the tacos they serve later in the day were GF. The restaurant is a little hidden, it’s inside 7 Hermits Brewery, with nice outdoor seating.

All GF crepes and so yummy. It was a little hard to find because it's in a brewery. They have other food beside crepes too. My husband had nachos and they were GF too. There was one sweet crepe that had Graham cracker crumbs as a topping on the menu, but the guy was really knowledgeable about the menu and it's clearly written on the list. I ordered a beer for my husband and he even told me the beer want GF as he was worried I would get sick. Delicious!

All of the crepes, minus one, are gluten free. The staff was very friendly and kind. The prices were also very reasonable for Vail Valley!

7Hermits now runs their brew pub out if the same location. There are cracker crumbs in one of their crepes, so there may be a slight risk of cross contamination to celiacs. But my sweetie who is celiac, ate there twice during our ski trip and never got sick.

Had the best GF lunch ever! Went back in November 2018 (2 years later). ==> new owner. Same chefs making those GF crêpes. Feeling grateful. I am extremely and violently sensitive. So far so good. Thankful for this place. Chatted with manager, he was fantastic. We were definitely on the same page. No vomiting.

It DOES INDEED EXIST! The phone number listed as of today is for the owner not the business location... that would need to be googled. Has amazing crepes! Just about everything is gluten free with just a couple exceptions.

As a very severe celiac, finding this crepe place in the small town of Vail was somewhat of a miracle. They use entirely gluten free batter and are knowledgeable and kind. They understand celiac and are able to inform you of ingredients they use that are not gluten free. If you are a severe case, I would stick to what you know is ok, berries, cheese, ham, simple toppings. It was nice to find a very good gluten free place in a small town with limited options. Definitely a must visit if you are in Vail.

I have no idea how I had such a different experience than everyone else but I was sick an hour after eating here and I am not a very sensitive celiac. I confirmed that the Blue crepe and Colorado mule had only gf ingredients. I told the staff I had celiac as well and asked them to take any extra precautions necessary. My feeling was that all of the staff minus one man had little interest in being there and can only assume that someone was careless. I was hoping for an enjoyable stress free meal but instead was sick for two days after eating here. My celiac sister felt fine (she ordered a different crepe).

I ate the Taos crepe. It was yummy. There are only 2 items on the menu with gluten, so the risk of cross contamination is low. I let them know I had an allergy & watched my food be prepared. They do have a disclaimer on food allergies, so I was a little nervous. If not for the other celiac reviews I may have skipped the restaurant based on this. Downside is there are no dairy free options.

Very delicious crepes! We had the Taos and the berry white crepes. They were super yummy! I have celiac disease and am very sensitive and I was totally fine, did not get sick at all! Staff was knowledgeable about celiac disease and their crepes, only a few toppings had gluten, everything else was gf! Highly recommend!

I tried the crepes and tacos on separate days and was fine. The tacos are pretty good, the crepes are great (made with buckwheat flour and they only use this gluten-free batter for all their crepes, so the crepe grills arent contaminated). I have celiac dz.

Incredible almost all varieties are gluten free. Such yummy crepes! Owner went out of his way to request counters get scrubbed once I told him I was celiac, in order to minimize risk of contamination. Drinks are the most reasonably priced in Vail that we have come across. Very much recommend.

These crepes are completely GF and taste delicious. I have always loved crepes and since finding out I am allergic to gluten really missing them. The batter is light and fluffy and the savory combos high quality ingredients and so good. Went with my Celiac daughter and the owner explained all ingredients....no chance of cross contamination here! Thank you!

Great! I ate there twice! Everything is gluten free except the bread crumbs on the chicken cordon blue (great without it - would be best if they just dumped those bread crumbs) & graham cracker crumbs for a Smore crepe. We tried several of the savory ones and they were a great alternative to a sandwich.
