Cribbs was a crapshoot last week but I'm glad we went. I think we had a back of house person for our server, he was very knowledgeable about the gf offerings and proactively let us know that there's not a dedicated fryer for gluten free. The items are not marked on the menu and gluten free bread isn't mentioned, but he was quick to say they have 2 options for gf bread and helped me find the gf sides. I didn't get sick after and the food was really delicious.

Cribb's Kitchen is one of the best restaurants in Spartanburg and their staff is knowledgeable about gluten sensitivity. They are able to identify gluten products in their foods and sauces, and make good recommendations. Their menu does have a good amount of gluten free options and all of their delicious burgers and be ordered bunless. Unfortunately, they do not have a dedicated gluten free menu or mark gluten free foods on their regular menu, so you are dependent on the staff to provide this information. I cannot remember if they have a dedicated fryer that is used for non-gluten items like french fries, but I remember my fiance was pleased with her options and her meal. To sum it up: Cribb's Kitchen has a staff and kitchen that is Celiac friendly, but it would be nice if their menu showed these options.
