I don't understand the hype. The care they take is great, but the pizza is gross and soggy. Restaurant is crowded and loud. We felt rushed even though they weren't that busy.

Server was Celiac friendly, knew the issues and worked to make me comfortable with my order.
Only gluten free allowance is a pizza crust, so no other items that normally contain gluten, but all the varieties of pizza I looked at we're good on that crust.
The crust is made in the morning before the flour flies, then stored separate through the day. Dedicated pans for cooking, and an effort to minimise cross contamination during prep.
My waitress was also happy to double check any of my questions with the kitchen to ensure I felt comfortable.
Will update if I have any symptoms, but I'm happy right now.
Yes
I had pizza I believe they have a cross contamination issue due to a reaction after eating here. The pizza was good for gluten free if you don't have the cross contamination concern.
Best gluten free pizza I've ever had. It actually taste like regular pizza dough! And the chef salad is so good!
I go to christianos for lunch all the time! They have the best salads! On Friday nights and the weekends they offer GF pasta.
