Well educated staff. We had lunch with our two daugthers (both celiac). They had gluten-free bagels and omlettes and stood healthy during the next days.

Totally understand cross contamination and prepared my food with great care. Most things on the menu are already GF but they made sure to keep my food safe from the few items that did have gluten. Prepared food in a separate space and with separate utensils.

They offer gluten free pasta & GF breads. When our son mentioned that he had Celiac disease the server said that they prepare GF meals in a separate area of the kitchen to prevent cross contamination. The food was delicious, but kinda pricey. For three of us, lunch was $72.

This is the casual dining restaurant inside the Marriott Marquis at Times Square. The breakfast buffet has clearly marked items that are GF along with a dedicated toaster. If you order from the menu, you can request GF items. Was nice to have gluten free options inside our hotel. A bit pricey at $36 per person for the breakfast buffet. But we found that we could eat a substantial breakfast and not be hungry again until mid-afternoon.
