Does not have a gluten free menu, just an allergy listing that doesn't help because the pizza toppings are not listed independently of the crust. So figuring out which pizzas are gf is a nightmare. Worst gf pizza crust I have ever tasted. Weird texture, no crunch, and it was cold in the middle even though it was a small personal size pizza.

The staff was friendly and they changed their gloves and retrieved a clean cutting board and chopper for me. The salad was delicious albeit over priced a little. The disappointment came in the pizza. My lunch was $30! The pizza toppings were scant even though they were pricey. I ordered artichoke hearts and had two small pieces neither of which were actually heart. My family whom are not Celiac thought their crusts tasted sour and under cooked. Unfortunately I thought I found GF pizza but not good.

The gf crust was undercooked both times I have been there. Need to bake longer to get rid of raw taste and soft texture.

I have tried the Edwardsville location twice. Once getting a salad and then today getting a pizza. Both times I explained that I had Celiac and needed to make sure my food was gluten free. Both times I got sick within a hour. 👎🏻Very sad since they offer an extensive GF menu.

My salad was good, but I thought it was a bit overpriced. My friend really liked their gluten-free flatbread pizza though.

I clearly stated I was GF due to Celiac and needed to avoid cross-contamination. The one who took the order assured me I would be fine. He even told me measures he took to avoid that when bringing my order. When the appetizer came I noticed the same “crackers/bread” served with my soup which I had begun to eat. Problems started within the hour & are worse today. Anyone can make a mistake. They were apologetic but didn’t offer to make it right. I am still sick and losing time with family visiting from out of the country!

I have eaten here twice and had no issues. I have Celiac. The menu is online and you can look up detailed calorie counts and ingredients online. Some salads are gluten free. I have eaten the Play Gloria salad as well as the Emerald Cost Salad and been fine. They have one gluten free soup but it’s not on the menu often. I’ve never had it. The pizza seem risky because of potential cross contamination. So I stay away from them and would recommend that for anyone with Celiac and can’t have any gluten. Otherwise it’s a nice place to get a salad.

On a road trip ordered gluten free pizza, made all the notes to say how much it has to be gluten free. Got it and tested it with my Nima and it had gluten. Was able to get money back, but didn't get to eat for the night.

They change gloves and get all clean bowls, knives, cutting board, and serving spoons to make your salad.

The salads are amazing! Lots of great flavors, with crunch! Marshmallow crisp is Gluten free too. Gluten free pizza crust is available.
