Crushed did an amazing job!! They can make flatbreads with GF crust that were delicious. They can also make GF pasta. All of their pasta sauces are gluten free. My 17 year old picky celiac loved her penne with cheesy alfredo sauce and margarita flatbread. Our server was very knowledgable about cross contact and changing water for gf pasta. The menu is clearly marked. We will be back!

The brunch menu claimed to be able to make most items gluten free which was not the case. When I asked about gluten free items they said only the things with tortillas could be made gluten free. Which is unfortunate because some of their menu items sounded great and tacos aren’t exactly what I wanted at ten in the morning.
