Crust 54

I was just diagnosed celiac, and ALSO am vegan….a tough combo as far as eating out! Crust 54 is my FAVORITE! They have a gluten free Chicago-style pizza that is amazing. I highly recommend! I do want to add, I haven’t inquired about their GF Safety. It APPEARS to be good, but I’m so new to this, I didn’t realize I should inquire!

I got a deep dish combination pizza and HOLY COW it was delicious!!! Also super filling. I dream about this pizza. Looks like a hole in the wall but well worth the trek. A little pricey but worth every penny. Also just as good reheated!

Most amazing gluten free crust I have had. The deep dish Chicago style was so delicious….very filling and the crust had such great flavor and texture. Because of being a deep dish you do have to wait for it to cook, so wait time will be longer than a traditional thin crust gf pizza.

We ordered 2 GF pizzas to go. Staff assured me of practices they use for celiac. GF pizza was good although my boys wouldn’t say the best. GPF we had the option for pizza while visiting on vacation.

I have ordered from Crust54 several times and have never gotten sick from their pizza. I specify that I have celiacs and I am confident they take it seriously and use precautions.

Pizza (gluten) was delicious and the very young staff tried hard and listened to our requests for GF safety but... pizza tested positive for gluten with Nima so Celiac person could not eat.

I was so surprised that they offered GF deep dish and thin crust! Salads were delicious, too.

This is our favorite pizza place now! We go there almost every week! Love the deep dish and regular! Best gf pizza we’ve ever had! Most of the staff is great, a few times they seem like it’s a pain to have a gf order, but we’ll deal with it to get great pizza!
