Crust! Café and Pizzeria

The gluten free pizza was the best but it has changed. It's now smaller and the crust is thinner. So the overall gf pizza has less on it as well. My son used to buy me 2 for home. But we've stopped the frequency since the quality has lessened.

The owner was absolutely wonderful very knowledgeable . She went above and beyond to even look up ingredients to make sure there wasn’t any gluten . And guided me on what I could eat . Highly recommend .

Pizza is made separate and uses a disposable aluminum pizza pan

The crust wasn’t crispy but it was good. I got the four cheese white pizza.

Boo is the manager. She was extremely helpful in explaining how the pizza is prepared separate.

I have eaten here a handful of times and I have not had any issues. I'm celiac and sensitive. I made them aware when I ordered. Friendly Staff.

I don’t think this is a good place for celiacs, but good for intolerance. Their service was fast and the pizza wasn't bad. They source their cheese locally--super good!
