Crust Pizza

Really wanted pizza, read the reviews here, called the place to confirm and went over. It was really excellent. They clearly understand food allergies and came out to tell me their process.

It doesn’t say they have a gluten free option on the website or the menu. Just ask, they do and it was so worth it. The food was really good. Just a solid pizza joint with gluten free options.

Amazing find . Super careful and knowledgeable about cross contamination . Used different utensils . Pizza was super yummy , had one there and one to go .

When I told the waitress about why I needed a gluten free pizza the cook came out and told us why it was going to take longer than usual. He said he wanted to prep all gluten pizzas first so there would be no chance for cross contamination. He wiped down and washed the pans he used for the gluten free pizza before he cooked it. I absolutely loved it !!! Amazing pizza and I loved the time the cook took to make sure the pizza would be 100% gluten free for me.
