I have eaten here several times, always specifying gluten free and the need for precautions. They always put their gf crusts on separate baking pans, though they do only have one oven to my knowledge. So nice to have a fresh pizza crust not a premade one! Delicious!

Had the penne gorgonzola and some pizza as well. The pasta was amazing, and the pizza crust was actually thick! Phenomenal food and service.

They offer gluten-free crusts. Good for gluten sensitive. Also offer salads.
