No gluten-free options, buckwheat flour not used for waffles as stated in other reviews. Was told they used to years ago and can't remove information from web. Cross contamination is very real. Eat at own risk.
— Not at all
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None
No gluten free options at all.
Ok, so reading the prior reviews I was skeptical... rightfully so... BUT, this restaurant is guilty of poor staff training, NOT for their food. Although they have a buckwheat batter, they are actually using Carbon's® Golden Gluten Free waffle & pancake mix. They are using that battery for everyone. Ha ha. the jokes on you, non GF people. Your eating delicious gf waffles.
I spoke with the owner and his wife, very sweet and caring people. He is understanding of the need to learn more about GF and is looking for someone to come in as a consultant to educate them.
There is always the need to be concerned about cross contamination, but he is mindful of that.
Bottom line... waffles are absolutely delicious and gluten free. I high recommend. Ask for the owner when your there if you have any questions

Waitress told us they didn't have anything that was gluten free
No
I don't know why this place is on here. They told me the only thing gluten free is their water. Bad attitude, and not knowledgable. They said the buckwheat waffles have other ingredients that are not gluten free, they could not say if the hash browns were gluten free or not either. Don't waste your time!!
C's Waffles offers buckwheat waffles, which are gluten free, and also the best waffles out there. They have the best hash browns I have ever had in my life, which are also gluten free. Very friendly service, usually very busy to be ready to wait, but it's worth it. I would reccomend this place to anyone who is gluten free.

The food was all right but the waitress was not very friendly. They do not have any GF friendly items on menu so I ordered an omelet without onions but I got onions. No hot sauce anywhere and the waitress seemed very stressed out.
No
I highly recommend C's if you're looking for a good breakfast omelet. They were very accommodating, and checked on the hash brown cooking method and substituted out the toast when I asked.

Staff is very helpful in choosing GF options. The kitchen staff prepares the grill for gluten free options although it is a waffle shop there are plenty of egg options. Just make sure you tell the wait staff about your gluten issue. I am a celiac.
