So server was wonderful. He very clearly told me I couldn’t even have the corn tortillas or chips because they are prepared by the same person in the same spot as the flour tortillas. He went back and asked about the chef the ingredients in the marinades for the shrimp. In the end there was very little I could eat (side of grilled shrimp and ceviche) I did feel confident that they were safe for me. The server even wrote in the order notes to change gloves and prepare separately in English AND Spanish since a lot of their kitchen staff spoke only Spanish.

So obviously wish there were more options but o did appreciate the training of the staff.
