Cuban Island Restaurant

This restaurant is fabulous. They have several GF options but my favorite is the chicken and veggies. I have never had any issues when going here and it’s often my fall back. When my daughter got married the food was not GF so I had this delivered for three of our guests and myself and everyone raved about the food and felt great!!

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Excellent

Went here and did not get sick. Had bites of the kid steak and a slow cooked pork with yellow rice. Most Cuban food is gluten free and the server knew what was OK. You cannot eat any fried items though so have them leave the plantains off your plate.
