I’m not exactly sure what safety measures are taken to prevent cross contamination because they do serve fried foods, but they are in their own container. All of the food you can choose from in the trays do not contain flour. I got half yellow, half white rice, chicken beef, and plantains. The food is literally the BEST food I’ve had in port Charlotte.
