Review

Cubo had been recommended by a couple of Portland locals (one celiac, one not) and though it's not dedicated, looked like it was going to be safe. When I asked about celiac-safe gluten free options they said just avoid the sandwiches. Unfortunately without any other competing culprits that day, I was sick a couple hours after eating here (pretty consistent with my timeframe). I had a bowl -- which was delicious just not entirely gluten free apparently (fried plantains possibly??) May work for some, but I probably wouldn't eat here again.
