They are knowledgeable about GF. I was debating between pizza and pasta and asked about their allergy protocols. As of April 2023, they boil their gluten free pasta first thing in the morning and are able to boil some in separate water if needed later in the day. They cook their pizzas in a shared oven, but put the gf pizzas on a separate pan. The waiter noted that there’s likely cross contamination with the pizzas. I’m not celiac, just gluten intolerant, and ate the pizza with no issues later.
