Edit (2023): For breakfast they have a buffet. Everything is clearly labeled GF, but of course there’s a risk of cc. I felt fine eating here though since not much had gluten to begin with! Obviously eat at your own risk!

Original review (2022): I ate here a ton in my visit to Vail. The waiters were really accommodating. There are only a few things labeled gluten free on the menu, but they can modify a lot more! The tacos were great. Just make sure you are upfront about your needs and how to avoid cross contamination and they do a great job!
