They said the pasta is boiled in separate water, and they were aware of what Celiac was were very consciencious. I had a creamy rabbit pasta that was absolutely divine.

The server was really attentive and double checked that I’d be safe. I got pasta and it was delicious. They assured me it was cooked in separate water and strained separately. It’s the next day now and I didn’t get sick! I’d definitely go back.

Had the BEST gf chicken Alfredo and didn’t get sick. Waitress was knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommended!

SO good. Everyone was so lovely about accommodating GF and I felt very safe (at an Italian restaurant! that never happens!). They have delicious GF pasta and can make changes to most things on their menu to accommodate. It’s a scratch kitchen so they were happy to make changes to all dishes if you wanted it. No GF bread just to note!

Had dinner at Culaccino, just asked the server to tell the chef I wanted what ever was safest. I had the octopus appetizer and the Rainbow Trout, both were excellent. They have GF pasta and I plan to ask if it is boiled in separate pots.
