Very knowledgeable and opened a new tub and clean scoop. Also have vegan and dairy free choices. Had an allergy chart of flavors listing ingredients. We were at the Champlin Park store. Also have one in Coon Rapids.

They have an allergy sheet easily accessible and they will scoop from a fresh ice cream bucket with clean scoop.
