The staff are very sweet and helpful, but their gluten free selection is not offered daily, so either call ahead or accept the potential disappointment.

We found this gem a couple weeks ago. They have different gf options on Tuesday and Friday’s. It’s a good idea to call before going to make sure what their options are for the day. We have had the lemon poppy scone, blueberry scone, blueberries muffin,Apple cinnamon donut, blueberry lemon cake they were are delicious. But if you are allergic to other ingredients the staff is not helpful.
