Culver's here in Greeley just add Udhi buns and a WHOLE list of YUMMY food that is gluten-free. I have Celiac disease and was able to eat lunch here with no problems. I had the roast beef sandwich with GF bun, coleslaw, and frozen custard. They have YOU put your sandwich together as an extra step to prevent cross-cantination.
