Staff was amazing answering questions and trying to make sure that food was safe for my celiac son.

Bun was served sealed and burger was served in a separate box. Not our favorite bun, it seemed dense and large. I requested fresh custard be made from the machine, the employee scooped it with a new plastic spoon and served it on a separate tray than the other custards in my order. Happy with the dining experience.

Great experience! Got a gluten free burger and mashed potatoes no gravy with a root beer float. It was delicious. They're well informed on GF. Indicated it on my receipt as well. Will be back!
Great burgers and a gluten free bun! Always comes out in a separate package! The manager did advise me that they fryer is shared so the fries are not safe!!!!

Staff was very courteous and when the employee was not sure if mashed potatoes were safe or not, he got out the menu and looked it up right in front of me. I got a kids meal with a cheeseburger and no bun and mashed potatoes with butter.

Culver’s is great, because they have a dedicated fryer for their fries. They have a gluten free bun for those who need this option. However, their bun does have pea fiber in it, which I can’t eat due to it being one of my trigger allergens for my autoimmune disease. I like to eat either their chili cheese fries or I will get a burger with no bun and make it a basket.
While this would possibly work for someone that has a sensitivity. This is not a place you would want to eat if you are celiac . The fries are dropped in the same oil that everything else is. As if one time wasn’t enough, I had gone another time after and just got a chicken breast and sure enough , cross-contact and had touched gluten. Strongly advise against for celiac

They tried. Spoke to the manager, she took the proper steps notating my order and notifying the kitchen, and yet, here we are.
Bun came in its own packaging, so cross-contamination must have occurred.
Definitely not Celiac safe.
