If you order a burger, the bun comes in a sealed package. Mine was frozen in the middle and not a great tasting gf bun.

I was happy to enjoy a gf burger and bun but there must have been some cross contamination as I still got sick. The bun was packaged separately so no gluten touched the bun which was great but the way the bun was warmed made it very wet.

We couldn’t eat here. Per the staff, only the burger and gf bun are gf. No sides gf. We wanted more than just a burger. :(

Fantastic food and great service! The employee who took my order was knowledgeable about what items contained gluten; and when he wasn’t sure about something he went and got a nutrition & allergen guide pamphlet and found which item I was inquiring about. He also put allergen alerts on the order ticket for the cooks preparing my meal so they would know to change their gloves ahead of making it. My meal was also brought out on a separate tray from the rest of my family’s food.

Make sure to ask about the fries. They're cooked in the same basket as foods with gluten in them.
Really impressed with the steps taken to get a truly gf burger. They also have a brochure with all allergy/health information. Some salads, soup and custards are gluten free, I usually stick with the burgers though. Green beans, coleslaw or mashed potatoes seem safe, I've tried them all but stick with the beans. Now if we could get a dedicated fryer and some gf cheese curds.....
Yes
They have gluten free buns, which is a huge deal to me; they are pretty tasty. They do not have a designated frier for fries, so if you are sensitive to cross contamination, steer clear of the frier.
Yes
Had a cheeseburger with mayo and ketchup and a gf bun. The bun is packaged separately and the burger has a separator under it to help with cross contamination. No reactions. Very good!

One of my favorite places to eat simply for the gluten free buns & custard!
We often go to this location and always have a great experience. No fries but great burger and bun and custard.

Nice to have a spot in between Cincy and Indy that is reliable. Great burgers and bun! No fries.

Culver’s is great, because they have a dedicated fryer for their fries. They have a gluten free bun for those who need this option. However, their bun does have pea fiber in it, which I can’t eat due to it being one of my trigger allergens for my autoimmune disease. I like to eat either their chili cheese fries or I will get a burger with no bun and make it a basket.
While this would possibly work for someone that has a sensitivity. This is not a place you would want to eat if you are celiac . The fries are dropped in the same oil that everything else is. As if one time wasn’t enough, I had gone another time after and just got a chicken breast and sure enough , cross-contact and had touched gluten. Strongly advise against for celiac

They tried. Spoke to the manager, she took the proper steps notating my order and notifying the kitchen, and yet, here we are.
Bun came in its own packaging, so cross-contamination must have occurred.
Definitely not Celiac safe.
