Ordered a burger and fries. Per Culver's website theu have gluten free fries and a gluten free bun. For the bun, they did not provide it separately as I have heard it is done in other Culvers. It was grilled and placed on the burger like any other bun, which likely cross contaminated it. Asking for the special bun also seemed to confuse them in other ways, and they didn't get any of the topping right either.

Gf buns at a fast food place is very convenient
Very good GF buns. No dedicated fryer though.
I’ve eaten here a couple of times with no issues getting a burger with a gluten free bun. They have a shared frier so the fries are not celiac safe. Their custard is gluten free too.

All the cashier said was they have gluten free buns, no precautions taken
— No gluten-free information on the menu
I am low FODMAP which means basically no wheat products, but has other very specific restrictions. Had the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun (no pickles, add mayo). Can confirm they only season the grilled chicken with salt and pepper. The fries worked fine for me. This is basically the only fast food place that even has any low FODMAP options, so if that’s what you’re looking for, this will definitely work!

My hamburgers gluten-free buns were in a sealed bag. All was in separate bag from the rest of the order. The order was marked "food allergy" on the receipt. Seemed to be handled carefully.

Extremely busy location, they share fryers and I've seen breadcrumbs on my cheeseburger patty before. Bun is alright. Don't trust this location.
