We eat at this Culver's a lot with my 5 year old daughter who has celiac disease. I always make sure to ask to mark her order as a gluten allergy. They have protocols they follow. GF buns are an option. Culver's corporate has also been helpful in asking questions about specific questions (for example the Ruben, which is GF without the bun).
No issues yet.
GF items are marked online on their allergen menu. GF food USUALLY comes out on its own tray.

I love their GF buns, which are individually wrapped and steamed so they are hot and wonderful when you get your food. Always cross contamination when you order at fast food places, but I have never been disappointed!
No
They are gluten-free buns are to die for! If we’re having burgers at home, I will drive through culvers to get their gluten-free buns for myself to use at home. They are individually wrapped so no cross-contamination on the buns.
they offer gluten free buns and they can flag your food as an allergy. it is not guaranteed that it would be 100% safe, but it's worth a shot. everything in the fryer can be cross contaminated.
We often go to this location and always have a great experience. No fries but great burger and bun and custard.

Nice to have a spot in between Cincy and Indy that is reliable. Great burgers and bun! No fries.

Culver’s is great, because they have a dedicated fryer for their fries. They have a gluten free bun for those who need this option. However, their bun does have pea fiber in it, which I can’t eat due to it being one of my trigger allergens for my autoimmune disease. I like to eat either their chili cheese fries or I will get a burger with no bun and make it a basket.
While this would possibly work for someone that has a sensitivity. This is not a place you would want to eat if you are celiac . The fries are dropped in the same oil that everything else is. As if one time wasn’t enough, I had gone another time after and just got a chicken breast and sure enough , cross-contact and had touched gluten. Strongly advise against for celiac

They tried. Spoke to the manager, she took the proper steps notating my order and notifying the kitchen, and yet, here we are.
Bun came in its own packaging, so cross-contamination must have occurred.
Definitely not Celiac safe.
