On their website the CEO basically says eat at your own risk because they guarantee that cross-contamination didn’t happen somewhere from the facility to the restaurant to your plate. Online you can see what they have to offer as options.

My daughter has Celiacs and has only eaten the fries, but hasn’t had any issues with them.
