Gluten free buns are yummy and they grab all new condiments from dedicated gluten-free bins. You assemble all the condiments on the bun when you receive it to avoid cross contamination. If you tell them you have celiac they will make sure your burger is cooked on the side of the grill that bread doesn’t touch. Some desserts are gluten free too! They have a very nice allergen menu available online and sometimes in the store. The fried food is NOT celiac safe though even though fries are stated gluten-free. They are cooked with cheese curds which have gluten.
