Review of Culver's

Culver's has a section on their website called the "Allergen Grid" and allows for searching by common allergens. They offer a GF BUN for burgers and sandwiches and several flavors of ice cream with mix-ins are GF & wheat free. The website does indicate the following:

"Warmed and served separately. Assembled by you for safe food handling.

*Culver's Restaurants are not gluten-free environments. While we take special precautions to prevent cross-contact, the possibility exists for food items to come in contact with other food products during preparation and cooking procedures. Please alert staff to your gluten-free needs."
