Their GF buns are very tasty but I was never asked if I needed my area wiped down when my food was being prepared. This is very important for cross contamination. Not a big deal for myself personally but it might be for others.

My first time eating at Culver’s. The burger and fries were delicious. They use udi’s gluten free bun and the fries had a separate fryer. I asked before ordering them and the cashier told me nothing else is fried in the fryer with the fries. I was a little nervous hoping I didn’t get sick and thank God I did not, I’ll definitely be eating at Culver’s again. My to go place for now on for a delicious burger & fries ❤❤
Yes
I love that I can get a quick burger with a bunch, and not just a lettuce wrap. Plus, their custard is delicious. I only gave four stars because their fries are cooked in a shared frier.
They serve your hamburger or what ever you order with the bun separately. You have to put your own condiments on. But you have choices on burgers or sandwiches. Plus the soups are gluten-free. Not the fries, the fries are contaminated!! But you can coleslaw if you don't want soup. It's pricey for your meal for its nice once in a while plus you can have their ice cream.
While this would possibly work for someone that has a sensitivity. This is not a place you would want to eat if you are celiac . The fries are dropped in the same oil that everything else is. As if one time wasn’t enough, I had gone another time after and just got a chicken breast and sure enough , cross-contact and had touched gluten. Strongly advise against for celiac

They tried. Spoke to the manager, she took the proper steps notating my order and notifying the kitchen, and yet, here we are.
Bun came in its own packaging, so cross-contamination must have occurred.
Definitely not Celiac safe.
I eat at Culvers often when I am in Bowling Green and Somerset. When I order the Gluten Free they always ask if it is an alergen or a preference. The cook always changes gloves and I adore the heated bun in a separate package.

This Midwest style restaurant has incredible burgers and sandwiches! Salads can be made GF and they have great GF buns. As always let the staff know that you have an allergy and this is not a preference.
