From the very unprofessional service to the less than full bowls to the not lackluster taste I would 100% not go again. When first asked about GF they said there were 4 options but when I clarified that they didn’t fry the chicken in the same fryer they remembered they put the gluten sauce in it (Whispering to each other after every question as if they were deciding what to tell me. Very sketchy). They told me it’s just “gluten friendly”...they don’t understand what gluten friendly means. Then they did the same with the veggies. So I could only get bbq chicken or fried tofu. I got the tofu but it was really dry. They put maybe a teaspoon of cabbage. The noodles were pretty good. Besides that it was not worth eating. Over priced for the quality and quantity. Would not recommend. Plus I got sick. After all the whispered discussions and reassurances that the options I chose are “gluten free” not just “gluten friendly” I’m still not surprised

I have gotten sick every time I've went to the American Fork location. Love the other locations and they were a lot nicer. I would avoid this one. I love the food. I am not super sensitive to gluten but have definitely gotten glutened at this location.

I’ve eaten at cupbop many times. Their food is really good. They have dedicated gluten free sauces- they just added gluten free noodles to their menu too! Kko kko chicken is my fave!

There's only one GF option and the past few times I've been (multiple locations) I've had a bad reaction.

The staff knew about GF and we’re helpful when ordering. It was very good but would be easy to get it too spicy. I had the fried chicken because they said the other GF option would take 20 minutes. I’m not used to having something with a batter on it so it was a nice change.
Yes
Got glutinated off the GF menu. And the server actually got angry about our GF request. It was a very pricey cross-contaminated bowl of cabbage and chicken served with a side of attitude. I do not recommend.
No
They said it was gluten free, but they did not switch spoons when scooping the regular chicken and the gluten free chicken, and we left sick!
Only one gluten free option. I would choose another place that has more options until they can make more stuff with gluten free soy sauce.
