I love this place! I eat here all the time. They have gluten free noodles (which are delicious), and a dedicated gluten free fryer. Make sure to go inside to order and watch them make your bowl; I’ve caught cross-contamination happening with tongs before with a new employee.

The spicy mayo, lime sauce, and hot sauces are gf. They also have a gf bug sauce, but you have to specify. The Kko Kko and Ugly chicken options are gf, but no beef options at this time.

They always cook their gf noodles desperately and have separate tongs for them. Sometimes you just have to ask for it to be for a severe gluten allergy.

Absolutely Delicious! Had the Korean BBQ Chicken with Sweet Potato noodles. Love the safe menu being listed as "Gluten Friendly" rather than gluten-free. Leo was great at clarifying what that meant: Seperate prep areas and designated frier, staff awareness. Locations in ID, NV, and AZ and I'm enthusiastic of learning about this drive-thru! I'll update as to gluten friendly effectiveness as it goes: definately not 100% for celiac but very good for eating so down to reccommend.
