Review of Cupini's

Ordered from Cupini's without realizing that the alfredo sauce was not gluten-free, included my customary note about celiac disease (I always ask for a glove change). Restaurant went above and beyond, including a note informing us that their alfredo sauce isn't normally GF but they came up with a quick homemade sauce (they included the ingredients they'd used) and advised that they cooked the pasta in fresh water. Amazing service. Very, very impressed and will DEFINITELY order again.
