Limited but DELICIOUS options for celiac diners, more options for gluten sensitive or gluten diet diners. Stellar staff. Four different types of cured Spanish ham. Sous chef came to the table to go through menu options and answer detailed food prep/ingredients questions. If only they had a dedicated fryer, the tortilla would have been GF as well. Definitely worth a return visit.
