Very similar to chipotle. Everything is gluten free but the tortillas. Employees were unsure about the chips. I got the chicken taco bowl and it was delicious! A pleasant surprise for an airport experience.

Eating at the airport is always challenging & a bit scary. I was VERY impressed with the staff. I told them I had Celiac, can not tolerate CC. They changed their gloves, were incredibly careful and knowledgeable about what would be safe. I got a bowl, it was delicious and I did not get sick.

The only place in Terminal A that seems remotely gluten friendly. There's an allergen guide listed on their website, which was super helpful. I told the woman I have a gluten allergy and asked her to change her gloves. She put two things in the bowl and then turned around and grabbed a bunch of quesadillas off the grill with her hands, so I asked her to change them again, which she didn't seem to appreciate. Definitely don't get anything that they can get without a serving utensil - I watched them grab lettuce & cheese by the handful. I got rice, black beans, chicken & pico because that seemed like the safest bet. Hoping I don't get sick.

i went to this place because it was the only place that looked slightly GF in the airport. when we asked the staff member to change their gloves they were annoyed, but they confirmed that everything was gluten free other than the tortillas. HOWEVER when we asked again if the sauces were gluten free they said almost all of the sauces had gluten in them and they forgot to mention it earlier. staff was rude and unpleasant but the food was decent and hopefully we don’t get sick.

Just went to the one at Logan airport Terminal A in Boston because of the reviews. I asked the server what was GF. Her reply, "Nothing.". I asked again and mentioned that several things are listed as GF on their menu. She again said "Lady, we just don't know what has gluten and what doesn't so we are saying everything does." I walked off and my son now has no food for his lunch/flight. I am so sad because the food looks great and I was excited there was a good option for him. I sincerely hope that their management reads these reviews so they can be clear about what is safe or at least let their staff know.
Let the staff know before starting your order that you have an allergy and they change their gloves. Everything there is GF besides the flour tortillas used for the burritos.

Great airport food. Service was really good.

Ordered during a off time. But carnitas were dry chunks of pork, everything seemed very old, staff didn't seem concerned/ informed when I informed them of being a celiac.
I’m gluten and casein free. Salad with beef, chicken, or tofu options. They offer fresh guacamole, multiple fresh salsa options, 1 gluten free / casein free dressing. They have a sign posted, “let us know if you have any food allergies.” I looked all over terminal A and I found this place to be the best option for me. I was very happy to find it!
Burrito bowl was so good! Not badly priced. Everything was very fresh, chips were warm and medium salsa was a bit hotter than I am used to. Tell them you have an allergy.
Yes
Much like a Moe's, Chipotle's, and other make-your-own-burrito restaurants. The lady behind the counter informed me that everything behind the glass is gluten free except the wraps. Burrito bowls are an option.Food tastes great.
