NOT celiac safe!!
They have a gluten free cauliflower crust & most pizzas can be made gluten free. However, when I stated I needed a gluten free pizza due to a severe allergy the lady didn’t change her gloves, and proceeded to grab a tray and put flour on it. I had to ask her if it was flour that she was putting on the tray and explained that I can’t have that and needed my pizza to be gluten free. Luckily another employee overheard I needed gluten free and she took over. She changed her gloves and grabbed a gf crust out of the back. However, when she went to put the sauce on my pizza she used the same scoop and sauce for the gluten containing pizzas, and used the contaminated scoop to spread the sauce on my pizza. Would NOT recommend if you have celiac disease or sensitivity to lots of cross contamination due to the employees not being knowledgeable. I’m not sure how the other locations are with allergies but I will definitely not be going back to this location

I love how responsive they are too meeting the needs of those with gluten allergies. The change their gloves, place the gluten free crates in dedicated trays only use dedicated pizza transfers and cutters on all allergies indicated pizza. All if there toppings are gluten free.
We eat at the west valley location often and I have never had an issue there!

I don’t know what has happened. But whoever is now in charge of curry pizza could care less. The flavors has gone downhill as well as the quality of the food. They don’t swap their gloves, the person that was making my pizza stuck her fingers into the salad then stopped to see if I noticed so she could keep going then changed her gloves. The lack of care has gone down hill. I won’t go back.

I love how they make an extra effort to ensure that my food stays gluten free.
Yes
Their cauliflower crust is seriously amazing and doesn’t taste like cauliflower at all. Their curry with paneer is my favorite but their tikka masala is really good too. This place is amazing. It’s only $2 to change it from regular crust to cauliflower.

Great with understanding cross contamination and asking if it’s an allergy. Tried the cauliflower crust and broccoli breadsticks which were both delicious
Yes
The broccoli crust is my favorite. But they also have a cauliflower and regular gf crust too. Everything is so good. And great service.
They can make almost any pizza and breadsticks on a gluten free, cauliflower, or broccoli crust. I tried GF and cauliflower. Both were good but I preferred cauliflower crust. They gave normal pizza and curry inspired flavors. The Thai peanut is to die for! I didn’t ask about dedicated kitchen space
