I had the tomato, mozzarella, and pesto crepe and it was good. A little oily, but thankful I didn't get sick

@Gabby. It is not possible to cook crepes on a grill. I presume you mean they cook them on a griddle.

One cannot thoroughly clean a griddle. It cannot be rinsed. All you can do is spread the gluten around and get most of it off.

I learned this decades ago. To be gluten-free, the entire griddle must entirely be gluten-free. Having one side gluten-free doesn't work. Even if they have dedicated utensils for each side, when it gets cleaned at the end of the day the gluten gets spread around.

Maybe you aren't celiac and find a low gluten-free diet to be acceptable.

Awesome crepes! The savory crepe batter is gluten free and they will use it to make any of their crepes. They even cleaned the grill before making mine.
