This place does not have a GF menu. Does not have many GF things to offer and is not knowledgable. I do NOT recommend.

Ask for Lorenzo if you have any allergies as he has gluten intolerance and made ordering effortless. Most all ceviches aside from 2 are safe and I recommend the Parihuela Amelcochada for entree to be completely safe!

Only two options for Gluten Free and while the server tried really hard to help me find anything to eat, all they could make me was plain white fish and veggies with salt and pepper.
No gluten free menu and items on the menu were not marked.

Since I reserved a seat online, they knew I need gf food as I arrived. Many options on their gf menu. The food tasted great. And I didn’t got sick.
Yes
There is a gluten free menu but it’s just a comma separated list of recipe names. No description, prices etc. However, the server sent the manager over to discuss the menu. I told him I wanted ceviche and he said this sauce is gf, "anconero". I just had to decide between mixed seafood or fish and spiciness level. Overall a good experience and no issues with the food or the pisco based drinks.
