I’m very sensitive to gluten and I have never had an issue eating here. It’s on my safe list! I love the arepas and empanadas. Sauces are safe too!

No gluten free menu so come with questions. I always get the arepas -they are safe (the bread is cornmeal) and amazing. I have not gotten sick eating here.

Cylantros did not have a gluten free menu specifically, but they did have many selections to choose from!

Their arepas are made out of corn flour, and the restaurant assured me it was gluten-free, and then I saw that it said it was gluten-free on their to-go menu.

I was very happy and the food was super tasty!

The staff was not sure about the fries being gluten free though, so I didn't order fries.

Prices were great too!
