Cynara has lots of gluten free options. The owner and staff are very compassionate about gluten free needs. They work very hard to ensure food is not cross contaminated and they are always seeking to add options that appeal to everyone. GF indicators on menu. Waitress said most items can be made GF even if they don’t have an indicator. GF hamburger buns are really good! We had GF cheeseburger, fries, charcuterie board (without bread) and they added extra cheese and pickled veggies, caprese salad with chicken. All items were excellent!

The lamb was amazing! I called and asked before going if they were gluten friendly or celiac friendly and they said they were definitely celiac friendly. The food was amazing. The staff was very knowledgeable. I will definitely be going back

Excellent menu and service. There are more GF options than what the menu reflects. Indoor and outdoor options. No reactions. Will be returning.
