Just a wonderful cafe. I imagine that many more of their items are actually gf but aren’t marked as such. That’s my only “negative”. My celiac daughter had the gf Carmel pancakes with bacon and found them quite tasty and filling. My wife had the shakshuka, which is not marked gf but is if you order it with the gf bread, and my daughter ate some of that as well. I get the feeling that almost everything there is or can be gf, but only the pancakes and waffles are marked as such. The only thing I didn’t see some variant of gf available for was the pastry cabinet. So again, my only note would be to put a little asterisk or something on the menu to denote “can be prepared gf” and then the menu really expands.

We had a great breakfast at Cafe D Lite. Much of the menu is naturally GF or can be prepared with GF bread. We had the GF waffles and shakshuka - both were fantastic. Knowledgeable staff who explained the pastry chef is gluten free and very aware and careful about preparation safety. Highly recommended

I had a fantastic breakfast of gf toast, eggs, and bacon. It comes with this delicious jam/compote (still not sure what it’s made out of), a salad, and cheese. The latte was great.
Great quality of food. The server answered questions confidently, and I did not get sick. Will definitely come back here. Recommend!

Several gf options that were clearly labeled. Staff also seemed to understand gluten free/celiac needs and precautions.

This place is amazing — cute, local, and Ukrainian-owned. Gluten free pancakes were amazing!! Served with ricotta and pecans. The staff were so nice and assured me the gluten free pancakes were safe and prepared separately. Absolutely delicious and no issues as a celiac :)

Not much is available gluten-free. We did try an almond flour pastry which was pretty good, but small and VERY expensive. $8!! Ended up getting sick afterwards… probably because of cross contamination.

Great experience here. First, the service was excellent. Very friendly staff. I enjoyed the pink latte and a gluten free waffle with a chocolate nut spread. The waffle was very light and surpassed my expectations as often times gluten free waffles are very thick and heavy. I asked her if they cook the GF waffle in a waffle maker solely dedicated to GF waffle batter and she said yes.
