The staff was SO friendly and knowledgeable about celiac and answered all of my questions without ever rushing me. It was refreshing and although I’m always nervous eating out, I felt pretty confident I wouldn’t get sick and I’m happy to say I didn’t! The GF bun was definitely GF, if you know you know. It was dense and a little chewy but it was buttery and the overall flavor was really good. Fries are in a dedicated fryer
