They have a pretty decent-sized gluten free menu, however, most of the items on the regular menu can be prepared gluten free with no cross contamination as well! They have a separate area in the kitchen specifically for preparing gluten free meals. I ordered the eggplant parmesan and I had it grilled instead of breaded...it was amazing! Their gluten free penne pasta doesn’t taste like corn or rice, it tastes like GLUTEN! Which is amazing because I’ve missed that taste a lot. I was very impressed by how knowledgeable the staff there is about celiacs and other food allergies. They know their ingredients and preparation to a T.
