My fiancée (not gluten-free) loves Sichuan food but we’ve never been able to eat it together until we found this place. The food felt like home cooking and the ingredients were very fresh. I was worried initially about the spice level but it was well balanced.
The woman working was super nice and accommodating. Most of the menu can be made gf, main exceptions are dishes that are fried or use wheat noodles. She explained that they make a lot of dishes from scratch and so they know exactly what’s in them, whereas a lot of other places buy things premade or don’t teach their staff.
We are definitely going to be regulars at this place!
