I asked if the rice was gluten free and the employee said she didn't know. When I asked if there was anyone she could ask, she said no because the cook wasn't around. Two items were labeled gluten free but at that point I didn't feel confident that they were actually safe for me to eat.
I did order a smoothie and that was very good but the wait was really long.

Great value. $8 for a large meal. Main dishes are marked if Gluten Free. Half of the entrees were GF. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. 36 types of smoothies - all GF! We will definitely return. Very casual place with counter ordering and all food behind glass display.

Wow, what a gem. I had red snapper, rice, and salad. The staff was very helpful.

Probably some of the best food I've ever had. Was told everything was GF. Definitely worth getting the combo so you can try two proteins. Had the snapper and chicken coconut curry. Wanted more as soon as I was done. Big flavor, big portions!
Lunch plate style. Select from cooked dishes at counter front. They typically have at least 3 selections that are gluten free. Sometimes the servers don't understand gluten. But the manager and cooks always know. Beware the lamb. In 2 years no lamb dish has been gf. If the server says lamb is gf, ask for a manager. Or just ask for a manager straight up.If they have snapper gf, get it. That's my favorite. They do a great job with that fish. Delicious!Price is cheap too for Hi
