— Excellent

Ordered delivery twice. First time had a sandwich combo, second time just fried chicken. I did get sick the first time but thought it might have just been from eating such a heavy, greasy meal (can't blame a fried chicken place for that) or cross-contamination with the bun or other ingredients, so the second time I only got chicken and felt fine.

I was impressed by their communication - I put a note about celiac disease with the first (online) order and they called me to explain their practices and the risks involved, which I really appreciated. Much prefer a transparent restaurant to one that just shrugs and tells me it'll be fine.

The chicken was nicely cooked but a little flavorless.

I was visiting Toronto and was looking for safe food for myself as a Celiac. We ordered the Chicken BLT for myself & Chicken fingers to share. My wife ordered onion rings & gravy. We ordered through Uber Eats. After ordering we promptly received a phone call from the restaurant informing us that the onion rings & gravy were not gluten free. They wanted to make sure we were aware of that. We thanked them and explained that those items were for my wife who isn't Celiac. It was very courteous and affirmed our choice, as it showed that they are informed about Celiac disease & genuinely cared about our experience. The food arrived and I could barely fit the chicken sandwich in my mouth. The chicken breading was perfectly crispy, flavorful & delicious! I would highly recommend this restaurant for Celiacs. I am highly sensitive & I didn't experience any symptoms from their food.

Absolutely great experience

I ordered through a secondary delivery service who was very late. The restaurant contacted me, and even re-made my food at their own expense to make sure I had a hot meal

I got the GF chicken fingers and fries.

Y'all I am SO sensitive to cross contamination and I didn't get sick!!! Food was delicious.

I’ve eaten here twice and haven’t gotten sick. I do double and triple check with the front register that it needs to be *celiac safe* and not just gluten free. And that has made all the difference, I think. The food is quite tasty and the portions are large for the price. So all in all, 5/5 stars.

I got sick immediately after :(

They have gluten-free bread, the chicken is breaded with gluten-free flour and fried in a dedicated fryer. But I got really sick anyway.

I'm not very sensitive to cross contamination. I'm sure the bread was gf, because it was different from my husband's. The package was identified. I believe they made a mistake in the kitchen...

Anyway, the sandwiche was delicious but made me fell really bad a couple hours latter.

I had a very sketchy experience here about 6 months ago. Was told fryers were not dedicated. Cashier seemed very confused about gluten-free, didn’t understand what I was asking about being dedicated. However 2 other employees did and made sure the meal was safe by using a newly cleaned fryer with fresh oil. I decided to risk it but chicken wasn’t worth the anxiety. Not at all confident the safety could be repeated. Vibe was weird too. Will not return.
